About Bo-Bo-Cui
Bo-bo-cui / Bok-bok-chui is made by applying a thin layer of fish paste onto the bean curd sheet before deep fried. In its edible form, it is crunchy and crispy, hence the name bo-bo-cui (meaning "popping crispy" in Mandarin / Cantonese).

At All Rise Foods Sdn Bhd (previously Signature Kampar Food Enterprise), we invented and coined the term "Bo-bo-cui" more than 30 years ago.
A single focus
We are the only company which solely makes bo-bo-cui for our entire business. Our commitment in creating great quality bo-bo-cui product means everything in our business.
Pork-free, Lard-free
We handle every processing step of bo-bo-cui manufacturing. The fish paste, aka "the soul" of bo-bo-cui, is prepared using our in-house formula.
Foods And Combinations
Bo-bo-cui is the perfect topping for many popular dishes. Protip "3-second" rule: when served with hot soup, just dip in for 3 seconds!
Our Products
The Classic
Originally sold directly to hawkers and food sellers alike, in order to be consumable one needs to first cut it into smaller pieces and then refry, or alternatively reheat with microwave oven.
- Size (regular) : 600 - 900 cm2 (or 25 - 30 cm in square side length*)
- Size (large) : > 900 cm2 (or above 30 cm in square side length*)
- Weight : 100 g - 150 g
- Storage : ~ 6 days (room temp) Storage : 2 to 3 weeks (chilled)
Storage : 2 to 3 months (frozen)
* : Allow 1 to 2 cm in deviation due to manual handwork.
Packaging : 1010
Identical with the Classic but additionally precut and packaged in a stick pack, the 1010 is more compact and logistics friendly. It is also less fragile than the Classic because it contains more moisture. For the same reason it has to be stored in cold environment.

- Minimum weight : 750 g
- Storage : 1 to 2 weeks (chilled) Storage : 2 to 3 months (frozen)

Snack Packaging
Our snack packaging is filled with nitrogen and sealed, can be gifted to others or eaten directly without the fuss of refrying!
